What a year it’s been! With over 100 different races throughout the year, countless miles ran, podiums adorned, PB’s gained, you’ve been a busy lot! At parkrun, you’ve ran over 600 runs at 90 different venues across UK and the world... including Australia, Germany, France, Canada and Japan!
In our Club Champs we had nearly 70 competitors and ran a total 1962 miles at an average pace of 08:12 p/m... We’ve been recognised for the “impact” we’ve made on our local community. From Let’s Go Linlithgow to our new paced runs and our weekly coached & taster sessions - it’s certainly been appreciated ⭐️ We also converted the Club to an official charity!
As we look forward to 2020 we should do so with a sense of pride for everything we’ve achieved this year. On behalf of LAC, have an injury free and Happy New Year 🥂 🍻 🏃🏼♂ 🏃🏼♀
