A belated congratulations to Yvonne McHugh who completed the Jogscotland Jogleader course and now joins our cohort of Jogleaders. Well done, Yvonne.

Paul Dudchenko and David Mason completed the Ben Nevis Hill Race on Saturday. Very hot conditions and a busy race with almost 500 runners clambering to the top of Britain's highest mountain then back into Fort William. The race is just over 14km with 1360m of climbing. David finished 203rd in 2:28:03 and Paul was 299th in 2:44:45.
