LINLITHGOW ATHLETIC CLUB WEEKLY ROUNDUP
It’s been another week when Linlithgow Athletic Club runners were competing against the heat as well as their rival runners. On Tuesday, Graeme Wilkinson ran Bridges of the Tyne 5 mile road race, along the Newcastle side of the Tyne and achieved a PB of 36:01.
Bryan Grome ran a very hot and humid Decathlon 5k at the Meadows, Edinburgh, on Saturday in 26:17.

Linlithgow athletes also ran in five parkruns on Saturday. Prior to running at the Elgin Highland Games, Martin Maginnis finished Elgin parkrun in 20:51 (4th overall and an all-parkrun PB).
